Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 28 days. If 28 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, you can contact us at and we will be happy to assist you with further information on where to send back your package. Items sent back without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 2/3 working days.


Please inspect your order when received and contact us immediately at if the item is damaged or you have received the wrong item. We will ensure that this is dealt with immediately. Once you have returned the item and the return is accepted, then we will send you an email to proceed with a new item.
